  • Sugar & Spice Rubbed Cedar Salmon — farro risotto, Brussels sprouts, butternut squash purée, balsamic brown butter
  • Pan Roasted Chicken — capers, heirloom tomatoes, mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables
